Commercial Finance Business Partner - Interim

400 - 450 per day

Cobalt is currently supporting a market leading Real Estate firm in their search for an interim Commercial Finance Business Partner to provide strategic commercial support to the wider business in this newly created role.

Our client has a very exciting new requirement and needs to hire an interim Commercial Finance Business Partner to carry out financial analysis, budgeting, checking trackers against budgets and someone who will be the key point of contact.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver business financial reporting, including monthly reporting, plans and forecasts

• Develop processes, systems and infrastructure to support growth and expansion

• Establish cost oversight processes

• Streamline the reporting of capex and opex costs

• Identify, analyse and resolve potential business risks

• Build and develop high level relationships with senior stakeholders

• Checking of trackers against budgets

• Maximising business performance based on an understanding of market changes

• Manage and initiate change, driving growth

Requirements

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent

• Strong stakeholder management skills

• Proven commercial acumen

• Immediately available
