Job Description: The role of Deployment Engineer - IT Support involves providing 1st and 2nd line support in a busy environment, focusing on excellent communication and customer service. The position requires on-site work five days a week and includes responsibilities such as configuring devices and logging support calls. This contract role is classified as inside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1st/2nd line support face to face and over the phone
  • installing and configuring PCs, Macs, iPhone, iPads for users in a busy environment
  • Using Jamf to configure Apple devices
  • Logging calls on a ticketing system
  • Supporting additional hardware such as printers and scanners
  • Windows 10 & Windows 11 support

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Experience with 1st/2nd line IT support
  • Knowledge of PC and Mac installation and configuration
  • Familiarity with Jamf for Apple device management
  • Experience with Windows 10 & Windows 11

Salary (Rate): £150pd
