Job Description: The role of Deployment Engineer - IT Support involves providing 1st and 2nd line support in a busy environment, focusing on excellent communication and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- 1st/2nd line support face to face and over the phone
- installing and configuring PCs, Macs, iPhone, iPads for users in a busy environment
- Using Jamf to configure Apple devices
- Logging calls on a ticketing system
- Supporting additional hardware such as printers and scanners
- Windows 10 & Windows 11 support
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience with 1st/2nd line IT support
- Knowledge of PC and Mac installation and configuration
- Familiarity with Jamf for Apple device management
- Experience with Windows 10 & Windows 11
Salary (Rate): £150pd
