The key responsibilities of the Demand Manager (PMO) are:

Strategic:

• Monitor demand and roadmaps alignment with the organisation's strategic vision, providing improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
• Define and implement a comprehensive strategy for future Demand Management.
• Deputise for the Head of Demand Management in various capacities, including meetings, governance bodies, and operational leadership.

Operational:

Change Governance:

• Provide strategic demand governance reporting, including consolidated status reporting, spend, benefits, resource usage, risks, issues, and change control across the portfolio.
• Independently analyse portfolio information, offering recommendations to inform decision-making.

Centre of Excellence:

• Own and enhance the Roadmaps, including identification, analysis, prioritisation, and scheduling of improvements.
• Define and establish standards, methods, processes, and tools for Demand Management across the strategic portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external bodies for continuous improvement and best practices.
