Delivery Test manager

Job Description: The Delivery Test Manager role is a contract position based in London, requiring a hybrid working arrangement with two days in the office each week. The candidate should possess extensive experience in QA and Delivery Test Management, particularly within the Insurance industry, and demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills. A technical background and a Master's degree in a STEM subject are preferred qualifications for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery test teams and oversee testing strategies for complex programmes.
• Ensure the successful delivery of large and complex testing programmes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Utilize excellent conceptualisation and verbalisation skills to communicate effectively.
• Leverage 20 years of QA/Quality Engineering experience to enhance testing processes.

Skills Required:

• 20 years’ experience in QA / Quality Engineering.
• 10+ years’ experience in Delivery Test Management.
• 5+ years’ experience managing a team of delivery test managers.
• Recent business & IT experience in the Insurance industry.
• Master’s degree in a STEM subject.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong conceptualisation and verbalisation skills.

Salary (Rate): £350/day
