DE&I Recruitment Talent Partner - (Inside IR35)
Contract Term: 6 months
Contracting Authority: DWP DG
Location: Hybrid Up to 3 days a week in the Manchester office / Remote Working
To support the development and implementation of various strategic recruitment related activities, including a customer/user journey review, DE&I recruitment related initiatives, end-to-end recruitment process improvements and introduction of a customer relationship management system.

As a DE&I Recruitment Talent Partner your main responsibilities will be
To support the development and implementation of various strategic recruitment activities
- Ability to research using previous experience and networks to deep dive into technical DEI recruitment related areas to build a suite of best practice and considerations.
- Ability to understand and complete data gathering and analysis from a broad range of data and information to identify the issues and evidence base to support that.
- Ability to build on to build on findings and structure a planned project management approach.
- Strong Stakeholders engagement and management skills at all levels to involve those at key points and include them in initiatives.
- Comfortable with progress updates and reporting via a wide range of mechanisms to various different audiences.
- Ability to be able to manage project plans to keep to deadlines.
- Review of different project implementation, review success, measurement of impacts and evaluations
Essential Skills
- Experience in resourcing strategies within the HR function
- DEI role and experience at HEO level in a HR environment (this could be one in the same role as the above)
- HR generalist skillset
- Fundamentals (basic) in project Management (need someone who can manage projects not necessarily a project manager)
- CIPD L5 qualification or relevant experience
- Public sector background
- Strong self starter
