As a DE&I Recruitment Talent Partner your main responsibilities will be

To support the development and implementation of various strategic recruitment activities

• Ability to research using previous experience and networks to deep dive into technical DEI recruitment related areas to build a suite of best practice and considerations.
• Ability to understand and complete data gathering and analysis from a broad range of data and information to identify the issues and evidence base to support that.
• Ability to build on to build on findings and structure a planned project management approach.
• Strong Stakeholders engagement and management skills at all levels to involve those at key points and include them in initiatives. 
• Comfortable with progress updates and reporting via a wide range of mechanisms to various different audiences.
• Ability to be able to manage project plans to keep to deadlines.
• Review of different project implementation, review success, measurement of impacts and evaluations

Essential Skills

• Experience in resourcing strategies within the HR function
• DEI role and experience at HEO level in a HR environment (this could be one in the same role as the above)
• HR generalist skillset
• Fundamentals (basic) in project Management (need someone who can manage projects not necessarily a project manager)
• CIPD L5 qualification or relevant experience
• Public sector background
• Strong self starter
