We are recruiting for a temporary Data Validator for a company based in Portslade. The main duty of this role will be for you to make outbound calls to validate data and information, to ensure accuracy. You must be available to start next week, Monday 5th February for a period of around 5 weeks. This is a full time, office-based position and the hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. This role will offer you 10.42ph, with weekly pay.

Duties will include:

* Responsible for working through a daily list of contacts, making outbound calls
* Verify contact details and check all data is updated correctly
* Efficient and accurate data entry
* Use online tools to find correct information
* Respond to enquiries using a variety of channels including live chat
* Log communications
* Adhoc duties when required

You must be able to establish and maintain relationships with contacts and team members. You will need to be a professional and friendly individual with good communication skills to be considered.
