Data Quality Lead
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Data Quality Lead to work for a large Public Sector organisation in Essex. You will put in place the technology and data architecture that will support the integration of health and care services, putting citizens at the centre of their care.
Essential skills:
- Can demonstrate experience in a technical data quality related function
- Experience in designing and implementing a process related to data quality assurance oversight
- Experience of designing, analysing an interpreting metrics to identify weaknesses in processes
- Experience of creating processes and delivering services by using tools such as data mapping, data and business flow diagrams
- Experience of training staff on the use of good business process and the technology used to deliver process (from an end user perspective)
- Experience of working in the NHS/public body
- Experience of Business analysis

- Excellent analytical skills with experience of creating reports and dealing with large volume of data.
- Substantial experience of working at a senior level in the specialism.
- Experience of leading, managing and delivering significant change projects involving stakeholders
- Experience of holding responsibility for budget/s, budget setting and demonstrable knowledge of financial processes within own service
- Experience of managing incoming and outgoing information requirements, handling correspondence/queries which may be highly complex, sensitive or highly confidential.
- Experience of negotiation with senior stakeholders which may include difficult and controversial issues, presenting complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups
- Experience of working at strategic level, able to recognise direction and implications of policy and the potentially competing priorities/interests.
