Job Description: This role as a Data Protection & Security Co-ordinator (Apprenticeship) requires a candidate with strong IT skills, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal abilities to liaise with staff across the Trust. The position involves managing a busy caseload while ensuring service procedures are followed and improved for efficiency. The role is agile, allowing for both onsite and remote work as needed. This is a varied role which will require the successful candidate to have excellent IT skills, display a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills when liaising with staff across the Trust. Ensuring the services procedures are followed, reviewed and fed back on to constantly evolve and improve efficiencies for all. The role requires experience of managing a busy caseload, excellent attention to detail, familiarity with Microsoft Office packages, outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage relationships and communicate well with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. The role is agile, and you would be expected to work in such a way with your agile kit (mobile and laptop equipment) to work onsite and from home to suit the service needs or when required by leadership.
