We are currently working with a large scale UK wide infrastructure and construction organisation, supporting-in their recruitment of a data engineer for a 6-month contract.
The organisation is a large multipurpose organisation that offers multiple different services across the UK, including working with both the public and private sectors, with the government on occasions too.
This role is going to be predominantly working from home (with very occasional travel to site when needed).
Your new role
- You will be supporting the building of a data warehouse on top of a data lake.
- You will be required to have experience working with data warehouses and data lakes.
- Experience with design and building will be essential for this role.
- You will require experience with Azure, Python, SQL, Databricks and Pyspark (desired)
- Building data pipelines
- You must be willing to go through SC Clearance.
