p style="margin-bottom:11px">Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Data Engineer to join an expanding organisation in Liverpool. The role is a 3 month interim position with potential to extended, paying between 250 - 300 per day umbrella rate inside IR35, and the role is hybrid requiring two days on site per week
The Role:
- Work with the Digital Transformation team to deliver successful implementation of strategies, and business plans in the team
- Manage systemic aspects of data within the organisation, working closely with the Lead BI Analyst
- Monitor data integrity and database design
- Define and develop SQL queries and perform root cause analysis, also using Power BI to visualise data
- Work with the team to design and develop new data warehousing, incorporating strategies
The Person:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Data role, interrogating Microsoft SQL servers, and using PowerBI/SSRS
- Experience performing root cause analysis and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Experience with implementation and migration of systems, including testing and quality analysis
- Strong personable skills and values
