Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious organisation, who is looking to recruit a Data Engineer for a minimum 6-month period, this role will be based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh with a hybrid opportunity.

You will receive a competitive daily rate between 500-550 and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.

You will be part of a small team of data experts tasked with an exciting project to build a data lakehouse, combining the existing data lake and data warehouse.

I would love to hear from you if you have relevant experience working as part of an agile data team with skills and knowledge including:

• Expert level of knowledge and experience with Databricks
• Substantial experience of pipeline building, CI pipelines, SQL and Python
• Datamodelling skills
• Experience of continuous integration and testing
• General best practice in a DevOps environment
