About the Role:

As a Data Business Analyst in our retention management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our organization effectively manages data retention across various systems and solutions. You will work on a project with a duration of 3 to 6 months.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Conduct a thorough analysis and inventory of our systems, solutions, and data retention policies, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the data landscape
• Identify and prioritize retention activities based on factors such as regulatory requirements, business impact, data sensitivity, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather input and ensure alignment on data retention priorities. Communicate effectively to maintain stakeholder engagement and support.
• Oversee and manage retention-related projects, ensuring that activities are completed on time and within budget. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams and tracking project progress.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in data analysis, inventory management, and retention policy identification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex systems and policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
