The role involves leading the triangulation of our workforce systems and data, collaborating with teams to enhance and simplify reporting processes, transforming them into data intelligence through dashboard development to support business planning.
The incumbent will be accountable for delivering a high-quality Rostering service across the Trust, aiding operational services in achieving local and national key performance indicators through effective and efficient rostering. Ensuring the provision of a high-quality, timely, and cost-effective roster system and associated support function that aligns with the Trust's needs and contributes to overall organizational workforce planning and financial management is also part of the responsibilities.
