Cyber Security Learning and Development Specialist | Outside IR35 | Hybrid

• Hold consultations with teams to define an engagement model to support this work
• Hold consultations with COO security team, CO security team, and security teams in Product and Technology
• Producean approach to be used to undertake a security training needs analysis and cultural awareness survey
• Presentation of results identifying needs across all professional groups, ensuring that we capture variation from the expected profile
• Develop a plan to improve the overall maturity our staff skills and security culture profile, focussing on the areas of weakness from our analysis
• Capture the precise nature/format of security coordination meetings and culture change activity
• Drive and support any procurement or commercial work required to deliver training
• Lead the delivery of cyber learning activities as necessary
• Hold monthly consultations with teams supporting security improvement work
• Make everyone aware of all work ongoing and key milestones

• Experience of leading organisational culture change activities, preferably in security and cyber security
• Overall knowledge of cyber security sufficient to deliver work and support authoritative communications
• Experience working across organisations to develop and deliver workforce skills improvement programmes
• Experience of leading stakeholder engagement, identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancing capability and driving organisation wide change
• Exposure to government technology delivery
• Knowledge of procurement and government commercial processes, and preferably specific understanding of routes to purchase learning and development
