Technical Support Engineer - SharePoint / Teams (Skype)

We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Engineer to join a well renowned global tech organisation on a long-term contract, we are looking for an Engineer with strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams (Skype for Business).

You'll be offering support to a variety of enterprise customers with a large focus of the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer technical issues
  • Troubleshooting and solving customers technical issues
  • Incident Management
  • Solving customers problems
  • Providing pro-active solutions to satisfy customer needs.

Technical Requirements:

  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Teams (Skype for Business)

Contract Details:

  • Competitive PAYE Contract
  • Hybrid - 50% on-site in Belfast
