Customer Support Analyst - York City Centre

If so, this could be the job for you. We are working with an excellent organisation based in York City Centre who's internal IT support team are looking for a new team member.
The Team
They deal with the systems access requirements for the business, both in the UK and globally. One day you might be helping set up an account for a new joiner in the Ireland business, the next meeting with one of their teams in London to discuss how they can improve the support they give them. Every day offers something new, so your passion for helping people and delivering better service will really have a chance to shine here.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of our day-to-day demand for Joiners, Mover, Leavers and Standard Access requests, as well as working on service improvement plans for IT Access. This role will require you to work closely with colleagues both within our team and beyond, plus being passionate about providing better customer outcomes through service improvements and simplification.
Responsibilities
Their team is varied in terms of responsibility, and you are encouraged to lead your own development where we will of course support you in your training requirements. Your exact day to day responsibilities may include, but not be limited to the following:
As a financial organisation they have a solid focus on audit and security controls, so while they would expect you to learn new processes quickly, they would also need you to be detailed in your work.
They currently operate a hybrid work environment. After an initial period of office-based training, you can expect a roughly 50/50 split between home & office work

Monday - Friday (35 hours per week)
Pay Rate
11.96 PAYE per hour + holiday pay (this will increase to 13.14 p/h + Holiday pay from April 2024)

- Access request fulfilment and provisioning of the organisation and external business systems
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the wider business to provide excellent service and drive improvement
- Identifying key measures and requirements for service improvements with the ability to influence and support your team members in delivering change
- Working closely and collaborating with the team to deliver on business objectives
