Summary: The Customer Support Coordinator role involves providing exceptional customer service to both new and existing clients within a global company based in Bristol. Responsibilities include processing orders, preparing quotations, and managing customer inquiries while ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Processing service requests from customers
- Identifying suitable engineers and scheduling site visits
- Proactively communicating with customers to resolve issues
- Producing and documenting quotations using SAP
- Processing customer orders
- Communicating with credit controllers regarding credit checks
- Arranging follow-up visits and ensuring timely job completion
- Reviewing systems for process improvements
- Prioritizing mail to maintain customer satisfaction
- Providing administrative and customer service support
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a busy Customer Service team
- Familiarity with SAP/CRM or equivalent systems
- Strong relationship-building skills at all levels
