Customer Service Advisor's Needed in Central Glasgow!

Salary= £19,800 + a £4,800 a year bonus

Full Time hours- Temp to Perm role after 12 weeks

(No Weekends)

Our client is now looking to expand their team even further with a Customer Service Advisor who can provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities:

* Handling inbound communication in a professional and friendly manner
* Understanding the customer's needs, providing an appropriate solution
* Showing empathy of any issues
* Ensure internal database is up to date, confirming all personal details with each customer account
* Effectively manage and complete daily ad-hoc admin tasks

Skills Required:

* Experience within customer service
* Great written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
* Strong listening and organisational skills
* Proficient use of MS Office packages
* Ability to work well under pressure
