Job Title: Qualified Social Worker (QSW) - Adults Assessment & Case Team
Location: Coventry
Rate: 32 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Coordinating the assessment of needs for designated service users.
Working with service users and their carers in accordance with agreed multi-agency assessment processes.
Collaboratively and creatively planning with service users to arrange or commission services that meet assessed needs and ensure value for money.
Making inquiries regarding Abuse and Neglect, promoting positive risk-taking.
Demonstrating knowledge of a wide range of services and other resources, including statutory, voluntary, and private provision.
Qualifications And Experience
Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional qualifications.
Registered with Social Work England.
Previous experience in adult social care, particularly in assessment and case management.
Familiarity with multi-agency assessment processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
