Sellick Partnership are recruiting a Court of Protection Paralegal for a Local Authority based in Merseyside.
Our client will consider candidates from either a private practice or public sector background. Previous experience dealing with childcare or family law matters is essential for this role.
The key responsibilities of this Court of Protection Paralegal role may include:
- Drafting witness statements
- Compiling evidence
- Preparing bundles
- Attending meetings and taking notes
- Picking up ad-hoc tasks
This is a full-time role and will initially begin on a 6 month basis, however, there is a strong possibility that the role will continue beyond that.
