Description
The role will include but will not be exclusive to:
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to determine project profitability
- Assist in budget preparation and management activities
- Develop financial reports to help make insightful decisions
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in financial entries, documents, and reports
- Collaborate with project management teams to develop financial plans
- Monitor and control project capital expenditure against budget
- Maintain financial records for audit purposes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Profile
A successful Cost Controller should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial management and accounting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions under pressure
This role will be mostly office based and candidates will be expected to be on site 4 days a week
