As a Coordinator you will be an integral part of the delivery of repairs, maintenance and property services. Working within our centralised support function, and reporting into the Senior Disrepair Case Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of disrepair cases, working alongside legal services and operational teams in delivering disrepair works. You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues, stakeholders and customers, driving improvements and offering a first-class service to our customers.

You will be organised, accountable and customer focused, ensuring the services we provide offer value for money, are of good quality and are aligned with our values and objectives.

• Day-to-day responsive and major repairs coordination

The successful candidate will have experience working as a coordinator within public sector / housing / local authority.
