Contracts Manager - Facade

Summary: The Contracts Manager - Facade role involves leading and managing Project Managers and Site Managers, ensuring accountability and compliance across multiple projects. The position requires oversight of project budgets, programmes, and risk management strategies while maintaining customer satisfaction and stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, Manage and Coach the Project Managers and Site Managers.
• Attend bi-weekly PRMs (Project Review Meetings) with the Contracts Managers and Leadership Team.
• Labour and Resource allocation.
• Manage multiple project budgets.
• Manage multiple project programmes.
• Support Contracts Managers in decision making and advice.
• Oversee scope changes and variations on multiple projects.
• Plan Risk Management strategies for all projects and ensure risks are mitigated.
• Managing and allocating Celoxis tasks to Contracts Managers.
• Conduct Customer Satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure contractual compliance is met on all projects.
