iO Associates has partnered with a medical device client in Galway, who has a true passion in delivering technology with the purpose of improving the health and overall wellbeing for its consumers.

They're looking to onboard a Software Quality Engineer to work an initial 12-month contract, to ensure software design and development adheres to regulatory requirements.

The skillset required is:

• Thorough understanding of QA testing environments and software development life cycle
• Understanding of ISO 14971, ISO 62366 and ISO 60601 Standards.
• Experience in design verification and validation for software with integration into the product design control process, including integration/system testing
• Microsoft Office skills to report data analysis and findings#

The contract can be offered on a fully remote basis, however if you can be on-site on a hybrid basis, that would be greatly preferred.
