Job Description: The Contract Compliance Assessor for the North Region is responsible for reviewing completed works in the Causeway and West Area to ensure compliance with contractual standards and health & safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct visual and functional checks on completed heating services and response maintenance works.
- Ensure all tasks meet contractual requirements and health & safety regulations.
- Confirm that necessary paperwork, such as Gas Safety Certificates (CP12), have been correctly completed and uploaded.
- Identify any defects, incomplete work, or poor workmanship and escalate as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, including photographs, notes, and follow-up actions through the Accuserv mobile app.
- Provide feedback to the Area Foreman regarding workmanship and areas for improvement.
- Perform any other item as directed by Management.

This role will be responsible for reviewing a percentage of all works completed in the Causeway and West Area on the service and response maintenance division of the contract, to ensure that works are being completed to standard and as outlined in the contractual requirements.
Reports to: Area Foreman
Direct Reports: N/A
Working Hours: Monday Friday 7.30am 5pm Flexibility is required.

- OFTEC qualification
- Experience working on Social Housing contracts
- Understand the NIHE contract specifications with regard to the requirements of the servicing and response maintenance contract
