Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator for a temporary role in Northwich, Cheshire, lasting 1 to 2 months with potential for extension. The position is onsite and ideal for candidates with contract administration experience, though entry-level applicants with a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal systems including ServiceNow, CRM, Excel and Email (Outlook and Front) - please note that training on ServiceNow, CRM and Front will be provided.
  • Process data from vendor contracts and data entry into ServiceNow
  • Verify Information such as serial numbers and purchase orders
  • Issue contracts to our Resellers upon data validation
  • Collaborate with team members

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in contract administration would be ideal; however, we are also open to considering entry-level candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
  • Confident with computer systems and data entry
  • Prior knowledge of ServiceNow is beneficial but not essential.
