Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Contract Administrator for a temporary role in Northwich, Cheshire, lasting 1 to 2 months with potential for extension. Key Responsibilities:
- Work with internal systems including ServiceNow, CRM, Excel and Email (Outlook and Front) - please note that training on ServiceNow, CRM and Front will be provided.
- Process data from vendor contracts and data entry into ServiceNow
- Verify Information such as serial numbers and purchase orders
- Issue contracts to our Resellers upon data validation
- Collaborate with team members
Skills Required:
- Previous experience in contract administration would be ideal; however, we are also open to considering entry-level candidates who demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Confident with computer systems and data entry
- Prior knowledge of ServiceNow is beneficial but not essential.
