Overview:

As Content Designer, you will have excellent writing skills and responsible for creating content strategy for our various digital interfaces for our online products. You will be required to work closely with a range of stakeholders including internal services, the web team, user experience designers, researchers, and our development team to better understand requirements. You will be part of UX/UI design team, working together with designers and reporting to the Senior UX Designer.

Responsibilities:

• Develop creative content strategies aligned with our brand objectives and target audience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create visually stunning and engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Write and edit copy for a variety of mediums, ensuring clarity, consistency, and brand voice.
• Design and produce multimedia assets such as graphics, videos, and animations to enhance storytelling.
• Conduct thorough research to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
• Analyze content performance metrics and user feedback to optimize content strategies and user experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Designer, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and design skills, with examples of digital content you've created.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
