p>Gibbs Hybrid are searching for an experienced Content Designer to work with a world leading IT services contractor on a contract for their client, a government organisation. To be considered for the role, you must have recent experience working within the public sector.
Day Rate: Up to 500 per day (inside)
Location: 2 days per week in Edinburgh
Length of contract: 6-12 months
Content Expertise:
Implements content styles and standards effectively.
Demonstrates understanding and application of appropriate content strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
Identifies, analyzes, and manages relationships with stakeholders.
Balances competing priorities, using evidence to explain decisions.
Leadership in Content Design:
Leads the design and implementation of content strategies.
Directs the evaluation of strategies and policies to meet business requirements.
User-Centered Approach:
Collaborates with user researchers to understand user needs.
Prioritizes and defines approaches to understanding user stories.
Guides others in the process and proposes design approaches or services.
Content Creation and Iteration:
Experience in content design for digital and non-digital services.
Proven ability to create usable, accessible, accurate, and timely content.
Works autonomously to create and iterate content for end-to-end services.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
Utilizes analytical and problem-solving skills in design problem resolution.
Challenges assumptions to enhance the design process.
Agile Development Environment:
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team within an agile development environment.
Adaptable to rapidly changing deadlines, workloads, and goals.
Accessibility and Inclusion:
Ensures digital services address the needs of all users.
Special focus on accessibility and assisted digital capabilities.
Government Services Experience:
Experience working on GOV.UK and other government services.
