Work for a Council in London as a Content Designer - 2 Month Contract

They'll work as part of the Families product team on information pages, forms and products and be the dedicated content designer who works closely with the service to deliver improvements in the content and user experience of our Families site.

What you will be doing

• You will be part of the team creating and designing content for our digital products and services, working in the open with the user at the centre of all you do, including working across multiple product teams concurrently to deliver services.
• You will contribute to content strategy for whole service transformation and help to create our design system including editorial guidance, templates, and style patterns.
• Your role will be to produce clear content in the right formats in the right places to make things easier for people to understand and use.
• This can involve working on a single piece of content or on the end-to-end journey of a service to help users complete their goal.

Experience required to be considered

• They should ideally have local government experience, experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams and strong experience of stakeholder management.
• They must have strong content design experience that includes information architecture and forms.

What they offer

• 2 Month contract (possible extension)
• Daily Rate: 350-400
• Hours : 9.00-17.30
