You will play a critical business role supporting the CSU leadership on strategic, operational, and coaching insights to achieve business results and deliver value from the clients products and services to Customers and Partners. You will drive the rhythm of the business, providing business insights and intelligence on current and predicted performance against KPIsto inform business decisions. Coach CSU managers on the fundamentals of delivery execution and reporting, along with being a key contributor in planning and enablement initiatives for the segment.

Key Responsibilities include; Business Partnership and Support, Coaching for KPI Performance and Business Transformation, Driving Consumption and Delivery Processes Discipline, Strategic Guidance and Planning

You will have demonstrable experience of sales within operations or management, account/program management, business development or similar equivalent experience. You must be comfortable with managing and interpreting data and using this to drive business outcomes and have experience of stakeholder management.

This is a hybrid PAYE contract on a rate of Circa 200.00 per day based on experience. The role will require some travel to their Paddington or Reading offices and is initially until 30th June 2024 with an extension potential though until 28/2/2025.

You will receive a 5% bonus upon contract completion and benefits such as paid annual leave, paid sick, bank holidays, notice period and pension.
