I am currently working with a main contractor, who are looking to recruit a Project Manager, in Newcastle for a 1 year contract.

Working on a new build housing scheme on behalf of an end client. 71 units in total, with 30 left to bring out of the ground.

The right candidate will have experience and an understanding of working contractually with an end client, on a new build housing scheme.

The role is to start on January 15th 2024 and will run for approximatley 1 year.

The righ candidate will have the following:

• SMSTS


• First Aid


• CSCS


• New build housing experience


• Experience running a programme independantly


• Experience working contractually with an end client
