3-6 Month Contract Role paying 529 per day inclusive of holiday (PAYE).

Provide the following services to the department:
* Ensure timely and efficient delivery of the testing programme, obtaining appropriate management approvals and support
* Carry out testing and monitoring work with the aim of identifying any attempt by clients of members of staff of the firm to commit financial crime, market abuse, manipulation, or other breach of policies, rules or regulations.
* Ensure that the reports and findings of the testing team are accurate, thorough, and insightful
* Ensure that issues raised are actionable and responsibilities clearly assigned
* Execute quality control processes over the work of the Testing team and support the work of the Compliance Quality Assurance function
* Participate in departmental compliance and conduct risk assessment exercises to help direct the work of the department.

Role and Responsibilities- Technical
* Lead the work of the Testing team, plan and deliver its annual objectives.
* Act as a technical expert and line manager for staff.
* Play a leading role in the design and delivery of risk based testing.
