We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Nurse to provide high-quality healthcare services and support to individuals and communities in non-hospital settings. As a Community Nurse, you will conduct patient assessments, deliver nursing care, promote health education, coordinate care, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for patients. Your role will contribute to improving community health outcomes and ensuring the well-being of the individuals you serve.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Provide skilled nursing care and medication administration.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing care.
• Collaborate with community organisations to address healthcare needs.

What You\'ll Need:

• Valid NMC Pin
• Right to work in the UK
• Proof of "Non-EPP blood"
• Experience in the UK as a Registered Nurse.
