p>We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our community team in South Tyneside. As a Band 6 RMN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health care and support to individuals within the community.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' mental health needs
• Develop and implement personalized care plans
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and therapies
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
• Provide education and support to individuals and their families

Requirements:

• Valid registration as a Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Experience working in a community setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong assessment and care planning abilities
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for promoting mental health and well-being
