With a newly created menu for each season, the menu is modern yet full of classical English charm. The elegant décor and relaxed atmosphere make the perfect setting for a unique and special dining experience. The Commis Chef will work closely with the rest of the team to produce consistently outstanding food during service. You’ll be required to prepare ingredients, organise deliveries, assist with stock ordering and stock rotation, making sure the kitchen is always clean and supporting the senior members of team.
