A busy Consultancy Client of ours is actively seeking a motivated & experienced Commercial Lead to join a large BPO & Transformation Programme within one of their Financial Services Customers (a well-known Pensions/Investments/Savings organisation).

Joining an existing programme team, the successful candidate will be required to own/lead key contractual negotiations & construction (currently managed by a team of Commercial PMs) whilst maintaining a holistic lens across several commercial delivery programmes, managing potential interdependencies/overlaps in contracts and facing off to senior Commercial Partnerships stakeholders, programme directors & sponsors and legal counsel, both internal and external.

To be successful, our Client is seeking candidates with the following knowledge & experience;

  • A background in Commercial Management with previous knowledge/experience around large (BPO) Business Process Outsourcing Programme & Relationships and the Commercial, Legal & Procurement details that surround these type of arrangements
  • Commercially minded with previous experience in other large & complex Business Transformation Programmes, negotiating Contracts involving key Strategic Partners / BPO partners
  • Excellent people, communication & senior Stakeholder Management skills will be absolutely essential.
  • Deep & detailed Operational knowledge & experience in the Pensions/Savings/Investments sector will be highly advantageous and will be prioritised.
