Commercial Finance Analyst - Interim

350 per day (Inside IR35)

Cobalt are working with a global real estate business, currently seeking an Interim Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team.

Working closely with the rest of the finance team, you will be joining during a transformative time within the business, split across a number of their most exciting projects.

Key duties include:

• Month end accounting and reporting

• Short term cashflow forecasting

• Revenue analysis

• Commercial forecasting updates

• Budgeting

• Reconciliations

• Producing data

• Adhoc support to the wider team

Key requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

• Experience working within the real estate/ property industry

• Immediately available
