Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Insurance - Remote

A global client of Investigo focusing on Insurance and Acquisition are currently looking for a Cloud Infrastructure to join the business on a contract basis. The responsibilities of this Cloud Infrastructure support engineer will be to support day-to-day customer care and administration of cloud infrastructure services.

Key Skills:

• Responsible for general health and maintenance of cloud service offerings
• Microsoft Azure Cloud and its relevant build, deployment, networking, and security technologies in cloud and understand the concept of hybrid environment.
• Response to escalated customer service issues and resolve support cases according to SLA. Provide troubleshooting steps and operational documentation to Level 1 service desk

Experience:

• 5 + years' experience in managing/supporting system infrastructure and 1+ years' in cloud engineering and is considered a subject matter expert in Windows server administration and Azure cloud services
• Strong ITIL process and process-improvement orientation
• A passion for customer service and excellent execution
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
