Our client is a go-getter independent agency with offices in the UK, US and APAC regions.
Due to ongoing success we are now on the hunt for a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager who's as commercially savvy as they are ambitious. If you've got a knack for technology, finance, or professional services, we want you on this team!
Please note that this role is an 18 month maternity cover position with the possibility of evolving onto other key accounts once completed.

The Role: Senior Customer Advocacy Manager Get ready to dive into the world of one of the leading global tech brands! As a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager, you'll be the maestro behind delivering world-class customer stories. Working closely with client teams and the internal creative squad, your mission is to ensure the customer's voice resonates across all digital channels.
What You'll Do:
Grow customer story opportunities across the marketing spectrum, from content capture to production and amplification.
Build and cultivate relationships within the client's world.
Collaborate with product marketing groups to highlight competitive advantages.
Drive alignment across teams, mitigate risks, and negotiate deadlines.
Use data to refine best practices and create compelling B2B content.
Transform buyer insights into relevant and impactful marketing collateral.
What You Bring:
Experience in customer evidence/customer advocacy.
Passion and experience for B2B, especially in the tech space.
Killer communication skills both written and verbal.
Proven experience in integrated marketing strategies and programs.
A track record with large international corporate brands.
EMEA wide or international marketing experience.
Outstanding client handling skills and financial prowess.
Eagerness to use data for impactful campaigns and outcomes.
Understanding of a good return on marketing investment.
Ability to uncover new opportunities within clients and new business.
Interest in the wider marketing and communications landscape.
Confidence and experience juggling multiple projects.
Energetic and enthusiastic approach.
