Finatal are searching for a commercial CFO to join a leading international, sustainable and innovative manufacturer of mechanical parts. The right CFO will have experience in Private Equity owned businesses and will have led through a successful exit.

Backed by a reputable Private Equity house who have been invested for 2 years and are looking to exit by 2025.

Currently with revenues of £20m with locations in Europe and US. They are looking to grow organically whilst expanding more into the US market to reach £8m EBITDA before sale.

The role will be hands on requiring a CFO who can improve the management information reporting whilst maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

It will allow for commercial aspects with involvement in contractual negotiations and partnering with an experienced management team to deliver the exit plan.
