One of my Local Authority clients based in Lincolnshire is looking for a Capital Projects Project Manager on an interim basis for 6 months.

Responsibilities

Have Project Management and Capitals Projects experience to work on Minor Works (boiler replacements, fire alarms, kitchen refurbs, roofing and work on listed buildings) - Reactive Repairs.

Liaise with contractors, prepare specifications, manage contracts and visit sites.

The portfolio is commercial and includes some Facilities Management work.

It is important that you have prior experience within this type of role, ideally in a Local Authority setting, however this isn't essential but Public Sector experience is.

You would be working in the office for 2-3 day per week and working remotely for the rest of the week.
