Good Afternoon,
I am currently looking to speak to Mental Health Nurses for a Role as part of a Psychiatric decision unit within Birmingham
This Band 6 role is part of a CAMHS service within the place of safety team. This team operates 24/7 and is looking for a candidate to work 3+ long shifts PW.
Duties:
- Assess the care needs, develop & implement plans of care for those who are experiencing acute mental health deterioration or who are in a state of mental health crisis
- Be clinical leader of the team when on shift
- Provide clinical services that work within the policies, protocols and clinical procedures
- Work as part of a team providing a user-focused, accessible and responsive assessment service that is safe, supportive and competent for people who experience acute mental health problems
- Provides management supervision to Band 5 s and 3 s
- Undertake managerial duties in the absence of the team coordinator
Pay rates are as follows;
- Days - 25.50 per hour
- Nights/Sat - 30 per hour
- Sunday/Bhol - 34 per hour
Hours: 33+
Contract: 3 Months+
Band: 6
Salary: Up to 35.00 per hour
For this position you must be registered mental health nurse.
