Job Description:

• Overall 10 + years of professional services/consulting experience.

Skills - Must Have:

• Hands on Market Mix Modelling experience - 2+ years
• FMCG/CPG experienced - is preferred
• Business product owner with experience in marketing space
• Marketing Analytics/Insight Management

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Business to understand product vision and outcomes
• Percolate the business understanding to rest of squad/pod through product requirements/backlog
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, providing regular updates on product progress, changes, and upcoming features.
• Build strong relationships with the business stakeholders through regular interactions and updates on progress, including leading show and tell' sessions and managing the User Acceptance Test (UAT) process.
• Own Value Realization/KPI metrics - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data products, making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
• Drive and foster a strong delivery mindset and culture within the agile product teams, supporting the rapid delivery of business value through a test and learn approach. This includes attending a selection of key agile ceremonies, particularly business show and tells'.
