This critical role will support the VP in driving transformation and change in the Engineering function. The responsibilities listed below highlight the extent of the capabilities involved, but are not the full extent list:

• Working closely within Engineering and HR to support retention strategies
• Working closely with enabling functions such as Finance and Human Resources
• Supporting the VP in generating a strategic roadmap for Engineering
• Coordinating Engineering team briefs
• Book and manage a busy schedule of interviews for all Engineering functions and disciplines
• Organising effective communications across the Engineering discipline
• Building a close relationship with the first line management
• Reporting soft reports and building action plans on areas of improvement
• Generating improvement and action plans on all SWOT analysis for Engineering
• Provide information to support with the analysis and communication across the business.

What we are looking for in you:

• Capable of producing performance metrics within the engineering environment
• Experience of working closely with Senior Director VP and Senior Leadership Team
• Ability to work in a dynamic team environment
• Ability to work at a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
• Ability to manage their own workload and be self sufficient under the guidance of the Engineering VP
• Excellent communication skills to interact with administrator colleagues
• Expert level in Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel and Word
• Capable of producing Powerpoint presentations on own initiative
• Any exposure to Primavera P6 would be a bonus but not essential
