Venesky-Brown s client, a public sector organisation in Edinburgh, is currently looking to recruit a Business Operations Administrator for a 6 months contract on a rate of 14.11

Responsibilities

  • To assist with provision of effective administrative support for ECA Business Operations, including Health & Safety, information compliance, governance, deputising for the ECA Principal s PA as required, and providing support to the EDI Co-Directors.

Essential Skills

  • Relevant work experience of typically 3 years work experience in a similar role supporting senior management.
  • Well-developed organisational, time management and task prioritisation skills; ability to organise and prioritise own work and to work under pressure, with the initiative and judgement to resolve many day-to-day problems independently.
  • Excellent all-round administrative skills.
  • Demonstrable communication skills in person, online and in writing.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in servicing committees and groups, including effective minute taking, and systematic preparation and follow-through.
