Based in Birmingham city centre this role will pay up to 45k and you will be expected to be in the office a minimum of 1 day per week.

As a Finance Business Partner, you will be part of a team that provides operational and strategic financial support to various stakeholders across the organisation.

Based in the Birmingham office, you will play a pivotal role as the primary Finance contact, collaborating with stakeholders offering financial advice, insight, and guidance.

The position involves extensive engagement with stakeholders within the designated stakeholders to ensure delivery and drive performance. The Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in decision-making processes.

• Provide financial support, analysis and challenge to the business including financial performance reports and decision support analysis
• Maintain the integrity of the businesses accounting transactions and ensure anomalies / variances are resolved with relevant parties
• Assist in the production of the company's management accounts to agreed deadlines, specifically profit and loss and Balance sheet and weekly cashflow.
• Work independently with the wider business to support budget and forecast preparation
• Business Partner with key stakeholders presenting your findings and ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Authoring of policy and procedure documents to support our financial controls improvement agenda.

Essential Criteria:

• Working towards ACCA / CIMA
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
