REClifts is now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager in the Lift industry with experience in the repair sector.
REClifts will consider somebody based on an hour's commute away from Dublin, or any candidate living in Manchester or surrounding areas willing to relocate to the Republic of Ireland. The expectation for the Lift Sales Executive (following structured training and onboarding) is to sell 2 lifts a month by the end of their probation period.
Business Development Responsibilities:
CRM management
Ensure that sales goals are achieved, and develop relations with existing customers
Liaise with internal departments to ensure sales success.
Analyse tenders and technical inquiries.
Demonstrate the highest levels of customer support
Proactive service and portfolio sales growth
Renewal and upsell of existing maintenance contracts
Managing sales activity, pipeline building, forecasting
Account management and delivering optimal customer service
Working with the Operations team to ensure efficient fulfilment of maintenance agreements and orders
Strategic planning to ensure growth, service excellence and risk management amongst customers
Debt management and working with finance to ensure outstanding invoices are paid in a timely mannerIdeal Business Development Manager:
Experience recruiting and growing a sales team
Goal-orientated, strong time management and organizational skills
2+ years' Management experience in the lift industry - Desirable.
Technical knowledge on lift repairs and associated equipment - Essential
A proven sales record achieved from new sales and repeat business.
An electrical or mechanical qualification and or previous experience - Desirable.
A full driving license & willingness to travel - Essential
Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
