Business Analyst X2 with experience of working with high performing cross-functional project teams and ideally with current SC Security Clearance is required to work with our secure government client.

The Business Analyst X2 will be responsible for supporting the client in their process of implementing new ways of working and is launching a strategic vision with ambitious growth targets at its heart by producing costed business cases, in agreement with relevant stakeholders, with the aim of securing funding for solutions. They will provide expert and quality assurances on all aspects of the proposed solution.

Business Analyst X2- SC Security Cleared- Essential Experience

• Significant experience as an established Business Analyst, working with high performing cross-functional project teams.
• ISEB Diploma in Business Systems Analysis / Design or equivalent;
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels.
• Ability to produce the Outline and Full Business cases to secure funding for proposed solutions.
• Skills to apply structured approaches to identify, investigate, analyse and communicate complex business problems and opportunities, within a defined project
• Lead the analysis, identification, design, prioritisation and possible implementation of process and business changes to improve business operations and services
• Capability to analyse business goals, objectives, functions and processes, using relevant information and data to support the definition of requirements
• Experience of conducting options analysis, assess feasibility and operational impact, quantify potential business benefits and contribute to business case development.

Business Analyst X2- SC Security Cleared- Desirable Experience

• Experience gained working on an enterprise wide internal change programmes.
• Experience of new technologies including Cloud and the implementation of Commercial off the shelf (COTS) products.
• Extensive experience using Enterprise Project Management (EPM) in a similar environment.
• Certified PRINCE2 and/or AgilePM.

The role is outside of IR35 for 6 months initially and will require 60% on site (3 days per week in Milton Keynes)
