Hybrid Working Model (2 days a week on site - Central London)

550-600/day (Outside IR35)

A major, London-based financial services organisation is looking for a Business Analyst to join their programme, involving the replatforming of their customer communication tech and enabling the delivery of critical customer documents using their current platform.

They are replacing their policy holder communication platform and the role will require detailed mapping of customer journeys, digital journeys and diving into the relevant data.

Candidates will need to following experience evidenced in their CV to be considered for the position:

• Financial services experience


• Strong core BA skill set and requirements gathering experience


• Strong third party stakeholder engagement


• Customer communication project experience - Highly desirable


• Customer journey and digital journey mapping experience


• Marketing communication project experience - Highly desirable


• Impact assessment experience


• Delivery and implementation experience
