* Confidence in running project meetings and task managing junior members of the project team.
* Business engagement, ability to understand, challenge and document underlying business needs.
* Process mapping and data gathering, using existing templates as well as collaborating to create new documentation.
* Problem solving and creative thinking.
* Data & Transactional analysis.
* Working with business stakeholders to understand and capture both the 'as is' and the 'to be' operating model.
* Capture and escalate risks identified within processes
* Working in agile, iterative and waterfall delivery methodologies
